SOURCE CONTROL

Sources, Records, and Review Method

A visible, searchable, machine-readable index of the primary records, official law, binding precedent, persuasive park-ban cases, and independent reporting used throughout the Transparency section.

Source boundaries

Primary records, allegations, later summaries, authority, reporting and analysis remain distinct.

Private source locations, original-file paths, hashes, non-public working notes, personal contact data and unapproved source media are not exposed. The public cards contain only approved public-safe fields from the controlling register.

No directly controlling Eighth Circuit park-access holding has been identified. Eighth Circuit decisions are used for general procedural-due-process principles; persuasive park-ban cases are labeled separately.
