Method, privacy, and limits
The pinned local dictionary covers major, minor, diminished, augmented, suspended second, suspended fourth, dominant seventh, major seventh, minor seventh, diminished seventh, and half-diminished seventh interval sets. Every root is tested modulo 12 against the selected pitch-class set.
Sharps or flats control display only. Inversion is reported only when the user explicitly identifies one selected note as the bass; otherwise the result says bass not specified. Multiple exact interpretations are retained. V1 does not listen to a microphone, read MIDI, provide fingering advice, or infer harmonic function.
