Validated browser-local tetrahedral solver
Pyraminx Solver
Enter all 36 stickers of a standard Pyraminx, validate the physical pieces, and receive a deterministic move sequence that is replayed locally before display.
All entries and results stay in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, persisted, placed in the URL, or sent to analytics.

Orientation and ordering: label the four vertices U, L, R, and B. The four face panels are identified by the vertex opposite that face. Within each panel, the 3×3 buttons follow the displayed tip/center/edge ordering documented below. Select a sticker to cycle yellow, green, blue, and red.
Face 1: opposite U · L/R/B
Face 2: opposite L · U/R/B
Face 3: opposite R · U/L/B
Face 4: opposite B · U/L/R
Exact nine-sticker ordering on every face
For that face’s three vertices in alphabetical U/L/R/B order: first vertex tip, first vertex center, second vertex tip, first–second edge, second vertex center, third vertex tip, first–third edge, second–third edge, third vertex center.
Notation uses main turns U, L, R, B; a prime means the inverse 120° turn. Lowercase u, l, r, b turns only the corresponding tip.

Method
The 36 stickers decode into four tip orientations, four axial-center orientations, and six two-color edge pieces. Color counts, cyclic tip/center order, edge identity, uniqueness, and reachability are validated. A deterministic bidirectional breadth-first search uses a complete depth-five reverse table and a bounded depth-six forward search for the main body; tips are then oriented locally. The returned sequence is replayed against the entered stickers before display.
Limitations
The solver supports the documented standard four-color Pyraminx representation only. It uses no random search, server, camera, image upload, 3D renderer, timer, or other puzzle model. The main-body search is bounded to depth eleven and 160,000 forward states. It returns a verified solution without claiming the shortest solution.
