Browser-local twisty-cube solver
2x2 Cube Solver
Enter all 24 facelets of a 2x2 cube, validate the corner state, and find a deterministic move sequence locally.
All entries and results stay in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, persisted, placed in the URL, or sent to analytics.

Orientation: hold white as U (up) and green as F (front). Faces are U, R, F, D, L, B; each facelet button cycles white, red, green, yellow, orange, blue.

Method
Facelets decode into eight corner permutations and orientations. Exact color counts, corner identity, uniqueness, and the corner-twist sum are validated. An IDA* search uses complete permutation and orientation pruning tables, eighteen face-turn choices, a 2.5 million-node cap, and an eleven-face-turn depth cap.
Limitations
The fixed orientation is white up and green front. This supports legal 2x2 states only. It has no camera input, 3D renderer, timer, larger-cube support, remote solver, or competition-optimality claim. The search returns the first bounded solution found.
