How it works
Each file is signature-checked, decoded in the browser, drawn onto a white canvas, and re-encoded as a clean PNG before being embedded. That path excludes source PNG text, profile, comment, and ancillary metadata while retaining visible raster content.
Limits and interpretation
Use up to 50 PNGs totaling 100 MB. Each decoded image may be no more than 48 megapixels or 16,000 pixels per side. Fit to Image uses raster dimensions as PDF points. Letter and A4 preserve aspect ratio, choose orientation automatically, and support no or small margins.
