The data model uses the 15-county Minneapolis–St. Paul–Bloomington, MN–WI metropolitan statistical area from OMB Bulletin 23-01 when a precise metro boundary is needed.

This is an editorial regional framework. Records retain the actual community or county evidence and do not present it as a Census division.
