Income and cash-flow caps

Income cap = gross monthly income × selected percentage. Cash-flow available = income − debts − essential expenses − desired savings. The estimate uses the lower nonnegative result.

Not rental approval

This calculator does not use listings, location, utilities estimates, landlord rules, application screening, or market data. The result is an estimated rent budget under your assumptions, not a statement that you can rent or qualify for a specific home.

Worked example

Gross monthly income of 5,000 and an editable 30% rent percentage produce a 1,500 income-based cap before the separate cash-flow cap is applied.

Calculation boundaries

Results depend on the values entered and provide arithmetic estimates only. They do not retrieve listings, market prices, approval rules, investment data, vehicle data, fuel prices, routes, or professional advice.
