Fuel and unit method
Distance is normalized to kilometers and economy to liters per 100 km. Fuel required = distance in km × L/100 km ÷ 100. Cost uses the entered price normalized to a price per liter.
What is not included
This tool uses only entered values. It does not request location, routes, live fuel prices, vehicle data, tolls, or parking, and it does not calculate measured gas mileage from odometer and fill-up data.
Worked example
A 300-mile trip at 30 miles per US gallon uses 10 US gallons. At 3.50 currency units per gallon, estimated fuel cost is 35.00.
Estimate boundaries
Results depend entirely on entered assumptions. They do not retrieve lender terms, approval decisions, issuer data, live rates, routes, fuel prices, or professional financial advice.
