Method
The solver uses the distance interpretation of absolute value. Less-than comparisons become one bounded compound interval; greater-than comparisons become two outward rays. Exact rational endpoints are ordered after division, so negative a values are handled without relying on visual guesses.
Limitations
Only the structured form |ax + b| compared with c is supported. Nested absolute values, rational inequalities, systems, multiple variables, arbitrary input syntax, and general graphing are excluded.
