Method
Uses a pinned local uncontracted mapping for A–Z, digits 0–9, capitalization indicators, number indicators, and common punctuation. It does not use a translation service.
Worked example
“Hello 123!” becomes “⠠⠓⠑⠇⠇⠕ ⠼⠁⠃⠉⠖”. Supported round trips preserve letters, case, digits, spaces, line breaks, and mapped punctuation.
Limitations
This is a bounded visual Unicode utility, not Grade 2 contracted Braille, Nemeth, music Braille, certified transcription, a tactile document, or a claim of refreshable-display compatibility.
