Enter each item in the workbook and estimate impact and effort with whole numbers from 1 to 5. Scores 1-2 are low and 3-5 are high. The Items sheet labels Quick Wins, Major Projects, Fill-ins, or Reconsider and flags missing or invalid scores. The Matrix sheet counts items in each quadrant. Use the PDF to place ideas by hand.
These threshold labels are template defaults. The matrix organizes discussion; it does not rank work or tell you what to do first.
