Enter up to ten criteria and weights from 0 to 5 on the Criteria sheet. Score each option from 1 to 5 for every positive-weight criterion. The workbook adds score × weight across criteria. A missing required score leaves that option total blank; a zero-weight criterion contributes nothing. The printable PDF is a handwriting worksheet, not a screenshot of the spreadsheet.
Weights and scores express your assumptions. Review the trade-offs yourself; the workbook does not choose, recommend, or predict an option.
