Enter a quantity and unit amount for each cost. Mark a benefit Yes only when you can reasonably assign a money value, then enter its quantity and value per unit. The Summary totals costs and quantifiable benefits, calculates net benefit as benefits minus costs, and shows benefit-cost ratio only when total costs are greater than zero. Qualitative benefits belong in notes and are not silently assigned a dollar value.
This is a simple undiscounted planning model in USD, not a cash-flow forecast, tax model, accounting determination, or investment recommendation. Review assumptions and use your own judgment before making decisions.
