Method
For each stick, center-offset magnitude is √(x² + y²). Polling uses requestAnimationFrame only while inspection is active and the page is visible.
Limitations
Gamepad mappings and browser support vary. One reading cannot prove a defect. This tool does not identify, persist, transmit, calibrate, repair, or change controller hardware or firmware.
Privacy
No account, server calculation, fetch, XHR, beacon, cookie, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, device identifier, or user-value telemetry is used.
