A real intake would ask only what is needed to understand who may benefit and how to contact the nominator safely.

Practical travel needs matter more than a dramatic story. Do not share unnecessary medical or financial detail.
Imagine what could change
Work, care, family, and daily life are examples. A vehicle must be appropriate and sustainable for the person.
Protect choice and privacy
The person would decide whether to accept help and whether any part of a story could be public. Filming is never required.
The right help starts
with listening.
Before intake opens, the team must establish clear eligibility, privacy and retention practices, secure submission delivery, review responsibilities, and actual vehicle availability.
