My ceiling collapsed, man. Come check it out. What? Yeah.
I just totally just Woah. I met a man selling coins to repair his roof and returned with a surprise he never expected. This Roof is leaking? Yeah.
We got it on both sides. It's pretty bad. It could be 20, 30 thousand dollars. That's a lot of money.
I asked what the house meant to him and my heart broke. My mom cashed out her retirement money and bought the house, so everything my mom wanted and she got it and she didn't want her boys to ever have to worry about having somewhere to stay. Does it remind you of her? Yeah, big time.
There is a possibility I have to lose it if I can't come up with the money. I don't know what I'll do. If one thing got taken care of today, what would help you breathe? It'll be the the roof.
The roof? The roof, yeah. Days after I shared his story, local contractors stepped in to replace his roof for free. Thank you.
No cost whatsoever. Everything comes for free from our hearts. As they worked on his roof, I decided to bring him one more big surprise and after some heavy rains, it came just at the right time. My ceiling collapsed, man.
Come check it out. What? Yeah. I just totally just Woah.
Is this what? Yeah, that's it's what, man. Oh, dude, this is When it rains it pours, you know, so four years ago it was just a little spot that I just never had the time to do anything with it cuz like that was the time where my dad was going to chemotherapy. He was dying and then everything happened with mom.
I had to make sure I was taking care of them. In the meantime, it just spread, spread, just kept getting worse. I was overwhelmed. I didn't know what I was going to do.
When My Riser came through, I was like, "Wow." Thank you for Riser Construction, but thank you anyway. I can't thank you enough. I truly appreciate it, man. We have one more surprise for you.
Oh. You want to come outside? Yeah, let's do it. Hi, Nick.
Hi. How are you? I'm doing good. Nice to see you again.
Uh Nick, we're going to be giving you free gutters as well besides the roof. So. Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome.
So much. This is Luis. He'll be installing the gutters here at your house for free. All right, so I fixed of and sent me the video.
A couple of years ago, I had the same problems and you got it for free, no worries. Wow, dude. We want to give back to the community. I came across your video over social media from Nick and that's how I got in contact with him.
I know what it is to struggle. I used to roof myself 6 years ago doing the actual labor and I did that to provide for my kids and I am due in 6 weeks. Congrats. hustling and all I want is is to give back and show others that there's still love and kind out there and big hearts from other people.
You no longer have to put towels in your bedroom to sleep every night easily. Yeah. Or having to move your son to the other room because you had water pouring down in the It's one thing after another. I'm just grateful.
You could have easily sold it and bought something else or rented. sure, easy. But, uh, it's something my mom wanted. If that's what the one thing that I could do for my mother, I'll means that's what I'm going to do.
I was in shock, honestly. Like I said, it was too good to be true. Couldn't honestly tell you guys. I appreciate you guys.
