My blood sugar is low. Do you have anything with sugar in it by chance? Yeah. Would you be able to get me it?

Yeah. Thank you, sir. Wait a minute. I'm a diabetic, too.

Oh, you are? Yeah. That will bring up your blood sugar. Oh, perfect.

Thank you. Why are you helping me? Because you need help. I'm Josh.

Nice to meet you, Josh. How old are you, Clyde? 77. Is your wife here?

She's at a nursing home. How long has she lived there? About 3 and 1/2 years. You stay here?

Yeah, all by myself. Is it hard not being with your wife? Yes, it is. Harder because technically being in serenity could kill me because of all my allergies.

Why do you think you're still here? Because I must have a purpose in life. God wants me here. Is the nursing home expensive?

Basically, I think I get like $145, but then I spend that much just on her for like her telephone and her data, her iPad, and stuff like that. But I'm always bringing her stuff that she needs there. So, it's not even covering her basic bills? My income [music] is less than $3,000.

How are you affording to pay your bills? It's been hard to do that. You're 77 years old. You shouldn't have trouble paying your bills.

I drive a really old car. Could you get a new car? I can't pay for it. You don't have any [music] savings?

No. No? I'm really watching every dollar I spend because I don't know if something will come up. I'm underwater.

Yeah. No. foundation is The foundation of the house? Yeah.

Are you worried it's going to it's going to collapse? Yeah. That could kill you. Are you going to get your foundation fixed?

No, I can't afford it. How much would it be? It would be a lot of money. At least 150,000 [music] to maybe 200,000.

Really? Yeah. So, your whole life savings is in this house and it's going to collapse potentially. Yeah.

Sure. Thank you. Hey, yeah.
