No, that's all I got. That's fine, [music] man. I understand. I've been in homeless shelters for the last decade.

It's not a problem. How'd you become homeless? A couple decades [music] ago, collapsed one day and went into the hospital and they said my disc was pierced into my spinal canal. Ever since then, I really haven't had no luck.

Just been down and out on disability and just really couldn't afford a hospitable place. The first decade, I was in a wheelchair. Had to learn to walk all over again. How old are you?

Uh 59. You had a tough life? Really tough, man. Dropped out of school and going to work for McDonald's.

Worked there as a shift manager, worked my way up. I worked about a little over a couple decades and then my legs collapsed on me and went to the hospital. They said I had a broken neck. Things went really bad from there.

Are you at the homeless shelter now? I'm at a homeless shelter. I hope you take care, man. I want to get out of this cold, so I feel bad taking it from you.

What's your dream? Just having my own place, [music] maybe a little car and just just just just be able to sit back and and and just relax in my own place. When's the last time that happened? Over a decade, like years now.
