Conservative optimization policy

V1 parses SVG as XML, rejects declarations and malformed documents, removes comments, empty metadata, scripts, foreign objects, embedded media, animation, event handlers, and external references, then serializes a controlled SVG. It preserves numeric path data rather than applying risky geometry rounding.

Input is capped at 500,000 characters. The preview uses only the sanitized result through a revocable local object URL. This is a bounded cleanup utility, not a full SVGO replacement.
