Parser and mapping

V1 uses the pinned BSD-licensed smol-toml 1.9.1 browser-local parser for TOML 1.0 syntax, including tables, dotted keys, arrays of tables, strings, arrays, dates/times, and numeric forms. Output uses native JSON serialization.

TOML date/time values become ISO strings. Non-finite floats and large integers are stringified with an explicit warning when accepted; unsupported or unsafe values fail clearly. Input is limited to 1 MB and output to 5 MB.
