Conversion rules
V1 supports headings, paragraphs, emphasis, links, images, ordered and unordered lists, blockquotes, inline and fenced code, horizontal rules, and line breaks. HTML is parsed with the browser DOM parser; scripts, styles, frames, objects, embeds, forms, media, canvases, and templates are dropped.
The 300,000-character and 100,000-node bounds keep conversion predictable. This direction is separate from the existing Markdown to HTML Converter.
