Local HAR 1.2-style inspection
V1 accepts a local `.har` file or pasted compatible JSON containing log.entries. Files are limited to 25 MB and 5,000 entries; the initial table renders at most 500. Request method, URL, status, MIME type, duration, transfer/body size, and nonnegative blocked, DNS, connect, SSL, send, wait, and receive phases are read locally. HAR -1 timing values become unavailable zero-width phases.
No file bytes, captured URLs, headers, cookies, authorization values, or bodies are transmitted or persisted. Raw bodies are excluded from V1.
