RFC scope, DTSTART, and timezone

V1 supports DAILY, WEEKLY with BYDAY, MONTHLY with BYMONTHDAY, and YEARLY with BYMONTH and BYMONTHDAY. INTERVAL, COUNT, and date-only UNTIL are supported. Unsupported combinations are not exposed.

DTSTART is separate from the RRULE. The preview uses date-only UTC calendar arithmetic and shows at most 10 occurrences. RRULE itself contains no timezone. This page does not emit a complete ICS file and is distinct from the Unix five-field Cron Expression Generator.
