What the workbook tracks
One vendor per row: manual unique ID, category, contact, email, phone, address, products or services, terms, optional account number, preference, active status, review date and notes. The Contacts sheet mirrors the directory. Summary counts active and preferred vendors, rows missing both email and phone, and duplicate IDs. It does not score vendor quality or certify suppliers.
Privacy and limitations
No vendor information is entered on this website or uploaded. This is a general operational directory, not a regulated Approved Supplier List, sanctions check, food-safety register, government procurement eligibility list or certification database. Follow your organization’s own review and compliance processes.
