Method and example
Unit price is the total price divided by the total contents. A $12 package with 24 oz costs $0.50 per oz. Package count multiplies the size before dividing. Ounces and pounds are converted to a common weight basis; fluid ounces and liters are converted to a common liquid-volume basis. Weight and liquid volume are not compared to each other.
Limits and privacy
Money uses exact cents and size accepts up to three decimal places. Results show four decimal places; item ranking uses unrounded values. Taxes, coupons, usable yield, and product quality are not included. Entries stay in this browser tab and are not sent, saved, or placed in the URL.
