Formula and method
Base cost = workers × hours per worker × hourly rate. Burden = base cost × entered burden percentage ÷ 100.
Worked example
3 workers × 8 hours × $25/hour = $600 base cost. A user-entered 20% burden adds $120 for a $720 loaded cost.
