libheif-js 1.19.8

This site redistributes the unmodified libheif-js browser bundle for local
HEIC/HEIF decoding. The library is licensed under GNU LGPL-3.0. Its bundled
libheif component includes LGPL- and MIT-licensed portions as described in
the accompanying component license.
