Guest and meal-count logic
Total Invited counts named guests plus rows where a plus-one is allowed. Expected Attendees counts accepted named guests plus a plus-one only when the named guest is accepted and Plus-One Attending is Yes. Meal counts use the same acceptance rule.
The workbook is a local file, not a guest database. Avoid adding personal details you do not need, and protect the file according to your own privacy requirements.
