The Letter layout matches common 30-per-sheet physical geometry but is not manufacturer-endorsed.

Letter geometry

Each label is 2.625 × 1 inch. The first label begins 0.1875 inch from the side and 0.5 inch from the top; horizontal pitch is 2.75 inches and vertical pitch is 1 inch.

A4 geometry

The separate A4 layout uses 63.5 × 38.1 mm generic labels in a 3 × 7 grid. It is not represented as identical to Letter label stock.

Test before using labels

Print at 100% or Actual Size on plain paper, hold it behind the label sheet, and confirm every row and column. Printers may shift an otherwise correct layout.

Privacy and limitations

Address text remains in memory in this browser. This tool does not create postage, carrier labels, tracking barcodes, or a postal approval.
