Method and limits

Supports 1-10 Contact fields, exactly one UTC Expires value, Preferred-Languages, and optional HTTPS Encryption, Acknowledgments, Canonical, Policy, and Hiring fields. It rejects control characters and does not publish, crawl, or contact any destination. Review the file before placing it at /.well-known/security.txt.
