Private by design: your input stays in this browser tab. This tool sends no input to a server and stores nothing after the page closes.

Only the selected 4 KB window is rendered. The file is read locally with the browser File API and is never uploaded.

JavaScript is required for the interactive tool.

Method and limits

Reads files up to 50 MB with the local File API and displays 4 KB at a time in 16-byte rows. Printable ASCII is 0x20-0x7E; other bytes appear as periods. It does not edit, disassemble, decode proprietary formats, or infer file structure.
